General questions
About Ina’s Hands
What is Ina’s Hands?
Ina’s Hands is a small-batch botanical body-care brand creating balms and oils inspired by ancestral rituals and made for modern bodies carrying modern weight.
What products do you offer?
We currently offer botanical balms, sample sizes, and massage oils designed for topical body care, evening wind-down, and slow massage rituals.
Where are your products made?
Our products are small-batch crafted in the United States with a focus on quality, consistency, and ingredient transparency.
Why do you talk so much about rituals?
Because the way you use a product matters. A small amount, warmed in your hands, massaged slowly into the body, can turn a normal moment into a reset. Our products are made to support that kind of mindful care.
How to use
Using the balms and oils
How should I use Revivic balm?
Apply a small amount to the area that feels tight, heavy, or tense — such as your back, shoulders, feet, neck, or hands. Massage slowly for 60–90 seconds and give your body a few minutes to respond.
How much should I use?
Start small. A little goes a long way. You can always apply more if needed, but most people begin with a pea-sized amount and massage it into one area at a time.
What should I expect it to feel like?
Many customers describe a noticeable warming or cooling shift where the balm is applied. The exact feeling can vary depending on your skin, the area used, and how much you apply.
When should I use it?
Revivic is especially popular before bed as part of a nightly reset. Invicta can be used day or night for a softer calming ritual, and Sanationis is ideal for massage, body care, or post-shower use.
Can I use heat with the balm?
Some customers enjoy using a warm towel, warm bath, or gentle heat after applying. If you do, start slowly and avoid excessive heat, sensitive areas, broken skin, or irritation.
Ingredients and sensitivities
What’s inside?
Where can I find the full ingredient list?
Each product page includes the ingredient list directly in the product description. You can also open the “Learn more” section on each product page for additional ingredient notes and COA links.
What is inside Revivic?
Revivic is made with organic sesame seed oil, beeswax, kava, kratom, guduchi, eucalyptus, lemongrass, cinnamon, and yarrow.
Why is kratom in Revivic?
Kratom is used topically in this formula as part of the botanical warming/cooling ritual. Revivic is not intended to be ingested, and it is not used as a stimulant or internal supplement.
Are your products good for sensitive skin?
Our products are made for topical use, but everyone’s skin is different. If you have sensitive skin, allergies, or ingredient concerns, we strongly recommend reviewing the ingredients carefully and patch testing a small amount first.
How do I patch test?
Apply a small amount to a small area of skin, such as the inner arm. Wait and observe before applying more broadly. Do not apply to broken skin, eyes, or sensitive areas. If irritation occurs, discontinue use.
CBD, THC, and lab reports
Transparency matters
What is CBD?
CBD, or cannabidiol, is a naturally occurring compound found in hemp. It is commonly used in wellness and body-care products and is non-psychoactive.
Do your products contain THC?
Product details vary by formula. Revivic is THC-free and non-psychoactive. Invicta is made with hemp-derived CBD isolate and contains less than 0.3% THC. Please review each product page and COA for details.
Will your products make me feel high?
No. Our products are made for topical use and are not intended to create a psychoactive effect.
Are your products lab tested?
Yes. We provide Certificates of Analysis so customers can review available lab documentation for purity, potency, and compliance details.
