Of Soil and Spirit

When emotional weight lingers long enough, it finds a home in the body.
For me, it rested on my shoulders — a presence that followed me everywhere.

I didn’t grow up soft. I grew up hearing words that could break a spirit.
As an emotional Gemini, I learned to brace for loud rooms and sharp energy.
But I was also raised by a vegan grandmother who trusted the quiet strength of her herbs.

Every evening, she had a ritual — a warm cup, a deep breath, and a moment to release the day.

Years later, my mother was diagnosed with cancer, and I stepped into the role of caregiver.
Caring for someone you love is sacred — and consuming. Caregivers give time and energy to help another hold on. Watching her decline was the hardest thing I’ve ever done, and grief left its fingerprint on my body.

Becoming a nurse added its own layers of pressure. I learned to push through until pushing no longer worked. What I needed wasn’t a fix — it was a ritual. Something small and repeatable that reminded my body it was safe to slow down.

One night at my kitchen counter, I returned to my grandmother’s rhythm:
Two slow breaths. Warmth in my hands. A scent that whispered, “You can settle.”

That’s where Invicta began — a hemp-derived CBD balm with lavender and chamomile, crafted as part of an evening wind-down.
A pea-size amount, warmed on the fingertips, massaged into temples, neck, or wrists.
Just one honest minute to breathe and reconnect.

That ritual became Ina’s Hands — created for caregivers, night-shift workers, desk-to-couch dreamers, and anyone carrying more than they should.

Our products support a simple wind-down:
Pea-size. Warm on fingertips.
Massage gently.
Breathe in. Exhale slowly.

It’s for the nights when your mind feels crowded and your body feels clenched.
It’s for everyday soldiers who forget they’re human, too.

As a Gemini, my mind never stops moving — a beautiful storm.
I’ve learned the way you end your day shapes how you start the next.
That’s what Ina’s Hands is about: returning to stillness, returning to self.

Our products are not medical treatments and are not intended to diagnose, treat, cure, or prevent any disease.
They’re an invitation — to slow down, to be gentle with yourself, and to make space for one mindful minute at a time.
