Founder’s Message

Ina’s Hands began with a body that needed permission to rest.

When emotional weight lingers long enough, it finds a home in the body. For me, it settled in my shoulders — quiet, constant, and always there.

“I didn’t need another thing to push through the day. I needed a small ritual that reminded my body it was safe to slow down.”

I didn’t grow up soft. I grew up around words that could break a spirit, rooms that felt loud before anyone spoke, and energy I learned to brace against.

But I was also raised close to a grandmother who trusted herbs, warmth, and the quiet power of simple rituals. In the evenings, there was always a moment to release the day — a warm cup, a deep breath, and something from the earth.

Years later, when my mother was diagnosed with cancer, I stepped into the sacred and consuming role of caregiver. Caring for someone you love changes you. It teaches you how much the body can hold while the heart is trying to stay strong.

Becoming a nurse added its own weight. I learned to keep going until my body finally asked me to listen. What I needed was not a dramatic fix. I needed something small, repeatable, and honest.

The first ritual

Two slow breaths. Warmth in my hands. A scent that said, “you can settle.”

That moment became the beginning of Ina’s Hands — a return to my grandmother’s rhythm, reimagined for modern bodies carrying modern weight.

Invicta was the first expression of that need — a hemp-derived CBD balm with lavender and chamomile, created as part of an evening wind-down.

A small amount. Warmed on the fingertips. Massaged into the places that hold the day. One honest minute to breathe, soften, and reconnect.

From there, Ina’s Hands grew into a line of botanical body-care rituals for caregivers, night-shift workers, desk-to-couch dreamers, tired hands, heavy shoulders, and anyone carrying more than they should.

01 Warm

A small amount between your fingertips or palms.

02 Massage

Use slow pressure where your body still feels the day.

03 Breathe

Give yourself one quiet minute to return to your body.

Ina’s Hands is for the nights when your mind feels crowded and your body feels clenched. It is for everyday soldiers who forget they are human, too.

The way you end your day shapes how you begin the next. That is what this brand is about: returning to stillness, returning to the body, returning to self.

Our products are not medical treatments and are not intended to diagnose, treat, cure, or prevent any disease. They are an invitation to slow down, be gentle with yourself, and make space for one mindful minute at a time.

“He causeth the grass to grow for the cattle,
and herb for the service of man —
that oil may make his face to shine,
and his heart be strengthened from the earth.”
